There is no excuse for poor mango post-harvest!

One section on NMB website, National Mango Board, collects information on production and postharvest called the crop. The currently available relates to work already completed or in progress about Packaging / packing mango, Ripening and nondestructive evaluation of maturity, freezing injuries, studies on the supply chain to improve the quality of mango, gamma irradiation, textural quality of fresh cut produce, the effect? of pre-cooling period on the quality of mango in the fruit fly, quality attributes and rules for qualification, and combinations of time and temperature that induce cooling injury in mango. There are also two bibliographical research, including alternatives to hydrothermal? treatments and on fresh-cut product. Another Site tab contains links to international standards, research programs, information on quarantine treatments, etc..
