BG Door International manufactures industrial doors and precooling systems

Fruit Attraction 2024 is coming soon, and BG DOOR will be participating for another year. The company specializes in offering top-notch temperature control solutions, with gas-tight and customized industrial doors, as well as chambers for pre-cooling, storage and ripening of fruits. 

Its product line is designed to optimize workflow and ensure efficient space control.

From October 8 to 10, BG Door will be present at the leading international fair in the fruit and vegetable sector.

Mobile Precool Unit

BG DOOR's Mobile Precool Unit enables rapid precooling of fruits (including soft fruits like berries) and vegetables to the desired temperature.

It reduces cooling time by up to 75%, decreases weight loss, and extends shelf life, while also being movable with a forklift for added flexibility.

It can also process hot, frozen, humid, or dry air. This means it can be used for a wide range of applications, from cooling soft fruits to quickly freezing meat, drying herbs, or defrosting bottled juices.

Hermetic sectional doors

BG DOOR designs hermetic sectional doors for ripening and conservation chambers for tropical fruits, among others. 

BG DOOR's hermetic sectional doors are used in conservation and ripening chambers (including tropical fruits and, in particular, bananas).

The door is made up of sections. The tracks are self-supporting and (depending on the track system) the door leaf is guided horizontally, vertically or following the roof pitch. The spring system is pre-assembled and comes equipped with powder-coated springs. The sections are structured according to the sandwich principle. The insulation core consists of solid, CFC-free polyurethane foam. 

The inner and outer sheets consist of 0.5 mm thick steel sheet with galvanized coating. The sophisticated panel connections are specially sealed and, in combination with the three-flap seals, ensure optimum gas-tightness. Provided as standard with Kick-Out windows that function as an emergency exit.
