Mobile Precool Unit, for rapidly cooling down soft fruits like berries or drying fresh ginger

The Mobile Precool Unit (MPU) allows the generation of a forced air system in an existing conditioned room. Using the existing cool air from your own cold store, distributes the air actively and efficiently throughout the product in the boxes on the pallets. Allowing for the rapid cooldown of your (soft) fruits and vegetables to the desired temperature or freezing pulp.
