The SureTec 240 is the latest addition to FAM STUMABO's extensive range of fruit and vegetable cutters, specifically designed for processors of frozen and fresh vegetables. Additionally, it proves effective in applications with other products such as beetroot, broccoli, onions, and potatoes. Its wide drum, capable of processing products up to 240 mm (9.44") in any dimension, significantly reduces the need for precutting.
The SureTec 240 incorporates the innovative SureCut Unit (SCU), a unique concept that allows for the pre-assembly of all cutting components in a single unit. This facilitates precise adjustment of the elements outside the machine, optimizing preparation time and maintaining a high level of cutting accuracy.
FAM Dorphy
FAM Dorphy™ is the perfect solution for those seeking a compact cutter that offers high-quality cutting at an accessible cost. Despite its small size, it combines the robustness and reliability of a high-performance machine with the flexibility and compact design that makes it ideal for smaller spaces. The FAM Dorphy™ could cube a wide variety of products, with sizes ranging from 3 to 20 mm, adapting to different processing needs without compromising precision or cutting quality.
