FRESH-CUT 2024 will gather researchers and professionals from June 3rd to June 6th, 2024, in Foggia, Italy, to discuss the latest advancements in fresh-cut fruits and vegetables

Five years have passed since its last edition, and now the 5th International Conference on Fresh-Cut Produce: Maintaining Quality and Safety will take place in Foggia, Italy, from June 3rd to June 6th, 2024, with the prominent collaboration of ISHS (International Society for Horticultural Science). This event is sponsored by the Società Italiana di Orto-floro-frutticoltura (SOI) and the Associazione Italia di Ingegneria Agraria (AIIA).

The symposium will be a crucial meeting point between research and industry, promoting scientific interaction and effective dissemination of results throughout the entire value chain.

Dr. Maria Luisa Amodio, a researcher at the University of Foggia and event coordinator, emphasizes:
