Time for restyling at VOG, which has marked the new year with the launch of its new-look corporate website. Even richer in information and international content, the website aims to become a key reference tool for members, customers and suppliers. Produced in four languages (Italian, German, Spanish and English), the site was designed to meet the information requirements of the various target groups in a clear and intuitive way. Optimised for smartphones and tablets, the website emphasises the power of cooperation with a page dedicated to VOGs 13 member cooperatives. Lots of attention is also focused on growing techniques, from integrated pest management to organic production, and harvest data. The website offers all technical information that may be useful for partners, such as the packaging available for the various brands of apple. The quality of the VOG product is clearly detailed using a multimedia language that involves the use of videos, infographics and content that outlines the entire control system of the Consortium. Each of the 21 product varieties is illustrated with a specific profile, together with the 9 Club apples and the 4 organic brands. The active news section remains, through which members and partners can get real time information on all ongoing initiatives, and the site is also now integrated with the Marlene® Facebook profile: trade users are now just a click away from joining the community of over 271,000 enthusiasts that follow the posts of the blue sticker apple producer every day.
