Introduced in 2023, Rose by AGROSTA stands as an indispensable tool for postharvest laboratories within the fruit and vegetable sector. Its exceptional versatility extends to virtually any type of fruit or vegetable, showcasing remarkable success in non-destructive testing, particularly on an industrial scale for avocados.

The applications of non-destructive testing are diverse, spanning soft fruits such as cherries, tomatoes, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, citrus fruits like oranges and pomelos. Additionally, Rose employs penetrometry, offering precise measurements for apples, pears, kiwis, onions, carrots, and many more.

With the capacity to store up to 50 batches in its memory, Rose also ensures seamless data transfer via Bluetooth to Android phones or tablets, as well as computers running Windows. One of its standout features is the innovative spring system, eliminating the need to manually hold the fruit during measurement – Rose autonomously secures the fruit on the table, streamlining the entire process.
