The year 2021 has not been easy for ANALYTICA ALIMENTARIA either. Thanks to its great innovative strength and a significant team effort, the company has made this year a success.
The latest technology for fast, safe and independent food analyses:
"Food analytics is complex. There is a wide range of potentially hazardous residues in fruits and vegetables, whether contaminants, pesticides, or pathogens. By developing new methods and investing in high-tech machinery, we significantly improve food safety in the changing global fruit and vegetable market and strengthen our competitive position as a medium-sized, family-owned company," explains Fredrik Jönnson, CEO of Analytica Alimentaria.
In 2021/22, the company will invest a total amount of almost EUR 2 million in high-tech machinery at both laboratory sites. The most expensive will be two gas chromatography-coupled mass spectrometers (GC-MS / MS) and five state-of-the-art liquid chromatography-coupled mass spectrometers (LC-MS / MS). Analytica allocates considerable funds to infrastructure in its laboratories. Adaptation of ventilation technology, customized tables for more efficient use of laboratory space, expansion of inert gas supply, expansion of personnel and digital infrastructure for sampling and remote inspections complete Analytica Alimentaria's efforts to ensure quality, reliability, capacity, and timeliness - even for the most urgent orders - for long-term controls.
