We are glad to announce that from 15th to 21st of June 2016, the Postharvest and Refrigeration Group (GPR) of the Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena (Spain) will offer the 10th International Course on Postharvest Technology and Minimal Processing of Fruit and Vegetables. Directors and relevant technicians coming from companies of this sector as well as Professors and researchers from leading Universities and Research Centers, of Iberoamerica, USA, France and Italy will contribute as lecturers. The Course includes dissertations, technical tours and practical demonstrations. It is focused on the formation of professionals, technicians and researchers from companies as well as on undergraduate, master and postgraduated students.In previous editions, an average of 80 students from more than 20 countries and many companies have attended the Course.
