12º International Course on Postharvest & Fresh-Cut Technologies

12º International Course on Postharvest & Fresh-Cut Technologies is an on-site course in Spanish language from 7th to 13rd March 2017 hold at the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) in Spain. This Course gathers 36 international instructors including professors / researchers / managers from leading companies from Ibero-America, USA, France and Italy. It includes dissertations, technical tours and practical demonstrations. An average of 80 students from 20 countries and many companies have attended each one of the previous editions.
