Successfully completed the International online Course on Postharvest & Fresh-cut Technologies

It has just ended the 5 th Edition of the ?International on-line Course on Postharvest & Fresh-cut Technologies? offered by the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (Spain) from February to September 2020. A total of 42 participants from 31 countries (Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Cameroon, China, Colombia, Croatia, Eritrea, Ethiopia, France, Ghana, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Kenia, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Somalia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom and Zimbabwe) have been enrolled. This unique 25-h on-line Course taught by 41 prestigious professors / researchers from 20 countries and 30 universities / research centers from the 5 continents, is becoming a pioneer Course in the world as an International forum of professional excellence aimed at training technicians and business managers, professionals and researchers related to fruit and vegetables. During the group tutorials periodically conducted in streaming, it has been possible to consolidate the networking between participants and instructors.
