Agrosta Vision Box, analyzes the color and surface defects of fruits, vegetables and foodstuffs

The quality control instrument AGROSTA Vision Box is now available. It is a unique instrument that provides more than the average color of a full product - It can potentially provide any parameter of surface analyzis. Agrosta Vision Box comes with:The Hardware- An optimally lit box with a wide angle camera on the top (Manual focus adjustment) The Software A software for Windows dedicated to your products:- Software for Banana Maturity: Color (Red Green Blue), Clearness, Curvature, Dark spots %, Green Areas %- Blueberry color (Red Green Blue), size and count (*)- Cherry color (Red Green Blue), size, defect and count- Apples starch analyzis: Starch regression analyzis- Predominantly colorful flowers- Predominantly white flowers- Cookies with or without chocolat or fruit chips : Count the number of chips, color analyzis, size, Dark spots %, ClearnessSpecific softwares can be provided. Compared to other colorimeters, Agrosta Vision Box can provide the average color of a full product, measurement is not limited to a small area. On top of that, Agrosta Vision Box provides very fine quality indicators, like dark spots or green areas on bananas for example. Every quality factor is quantified, can be classified by batch and exported to Excel.
