From February 5-7 the Fruit Logistica 2014 will take place in Berlin. As usual, BrimaPack will present itself again, with a lot of exiting innovations. You will find us in Hall 3.1, booth B-05. Extended shelf life for broccoli Our special developed film gives your product a perfect look & feel and a significantly increased shelf life! The new BrimaFilm AF has been developed to increase the shelf life of broccoli (and other products such as Cauliflower). The Extension of the shelf life by 5 – 8 days is reached in a natural way. The BrimaFilm AF can be used on our VePack 200-PHBR packing machines. This concept: BrimaFilm AF, in combination with BrimaPack VePack 200-PHBR machines, is nominated for “Fruit Logistica Innovation Award 2014” Rover: New compact field harvesters for iceberg lettuce The existing “NicePack” field packing systems from BrimPack have proven a huge success for cost effective field packing. “Rover” is a modular range of self propelled or towed, automated field packing systems, focused on customers with midsized fields who want to pack up to 3,000 heads/hour. During the harvesting, the system is purely electrically driven. BrimaPack's new, agile, and compact “Rover” concept will be introduced at the Fruit Logistica coming February.
