This study was conducted to investigate the effect of pre-treatment and harvesting stage, storage temperature on vase life and quality of 'White trump' Lilium longiflorum. Cut lilies were harvested at two stage, stage 1 (mature bud showing little green color), stage 2 (mature bud showing white color). Cut lilies were treated with control, 1-MCP 2mg/L-1 , Promalin 50mg/L-1 and Hot Water 85 30 min of soaked for 2 hours Sucrose 3% + NaOCL 0.1 mL and then Cut flowers were stored in PE film for 48 hours at 25 or 5?C.? The longevity of cut lily was increased by harvested stage 1 and storage at 5 for 48 hours as compared to control. Vase life was increased with pre-treatment 1-MCP 2mg/L- and?Promalin 50mg/L-1 of the soaked for 2 hours of Sucrose 3% + NaOCL 0.1 mL solution as compared to control. Therefore, the results suggested that pre-treatment of Promalin 50mg/L-1 harvest stage 1 and storage temperature of 5 could be good condition to maintain freshness and quality of ?White trump?
