Evaporative coolers with sand trap filters

MET MANN has developed evaporative cooling equipment with sand trapping filters for environments where there is a high level of contamination by suspended dust. In this type of environment, it is essential that the air conditioning equipment has a suitable filtering system so that the treated air is introduced into the room completely free of dust particles. The first batch of equipment manufactured with sand trap filters has been supplied in Oman, specifically, the supply has been of 20 units of our AD-15-VS model with specific flow and pressure features to counteract the load losses of the installed filters as well as the losses caused by the air distribution ducts. The materials used in its manufacture have been selected to avoid the corrosion caused by this type of harmful environment as well as the hard water that exists in the region. Evaporative cooler with sand trapping filterThe equipment has been equipped with sand trap filters made of stainless steel, in this way the air treated and introduced inside the premises will be free of heavy dust particles, safeguarding the health of the employees and obtaining a clean and efficient evaporative air conditioning system. Sand trap filter with cooling padThe sand trap filter is complemented with the cooling and humidification part, it is made of stainless steel and its constructive form allows to capture the sand inside the filter and to release it from the lower part. The cooling panel type 5090 with a thickness of 100mm allows to obtain important temperature reductions and to increase the humidity of the treated air.
