F-750 Produce Quality Meter, news for mangos, grapes, pears

As summer quickly approaches and warm weather signals the beginning of the growing season, we are excited to offer our F-750 Produce Quality Meter to help you harvest the best quality produce. The F-750 uses near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to estimate dry matter (%), total soluble solids (degrees brix), and assess fruit maturity and flesh color. The F-750 has a range of applications from crop management and harvest timing, to validating quality in cold storage and retail outlets.  This month our QA department has been busy verifying commodities and building models for our F-750 Produce Quality Meter, and have created application notes for grapes, pears, and mangos.  SourceModels & Mangos
