Firmness + Color + Size of soft fruits & berries automatic machine

AGROSTA®SoftLab is an automatic quality control machine developed by AGROSTA. The Raspberry / Blackberry / Strawberry version tests automatically firmness, size and color of 14 fruits with a very high precision This PC connected device is provided with 2 different turntables according to the fruits varieties you want to test (You can ask for 2 times the same turntable, or 2 different tables). Equipped with stepper motors for high precision,2 microprocessors, and a RGB colorimeter. The firmness is provided in Grams per mmor Newtons. Software compatible with Windows XP, 7, 8, 10. Agrosta SoftLab is a combined machine that includes a colorimeter, a firmness tester,and a size measurement system. ColorThe color measurement is done as the fruit sequences through the machine on the turntable. The color of each fruit is provided in RGB (Red, Green, Blue) between 0 and 2500, 0/0/0 corresponding to pure black, and 2500/2500/2500 corresponding to pure white. FirmnessThe machine comes with 3 different probe diameters. The probe can apply a pressure up to 1 Kg. The measurements are given in Grams, Grams per mm, MilliLb or Newtons with a flat probeThis kind of firmness / texture measurement is recommended for fruits which are not smooth, like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. SizeThe machine counts the number of steps the motor has to do in order to reach the fruit surface (400 steps for 1mm). You have to parameter the initial size in the software, and Soft Lab gives the fruit diameter at probe position.
