Fruit ripe and ready to eat

CATALYTIC GENERATORS develops ripening systems that allow to sell fruits ready to eat, attending the growing request of different markets to count on fruit with great organoleptic properties. The company will be present in Asia Fruit Logistica showing the Easy-Ripe® Generator and the Ethy-Gen® II Ripening Concentrate. Main characteristics of the proposed ripening systems are safety, easy to use, most updated technology; fast and friendly service, UL Listed & TuV Certified. Different produce benefit from ripening: avocado, banana, citrus (degreening), Honeydew melons, kiwis (preconditioning & ripening), mango, nectarine / peach, papaya, pear, plum, … HERE, ripening tips for each of those produce. The Easy-Ripe® Generator is an ethylene generator for fruit ripening & degreening. Available in 110 or 220 volt models. It guarantees a Consistent, non-pressurized, safe ethylene levels for uniform ripening. Ethylene output is adjustable for multiple room sizes, which means the Easy-Ripe® can adapt to any ethylene PPM requirements. For larger rooms, additional units easily achieve proper ethylene levels.  The Ethy-Gen® II Ripening Concentrate is specially formulated by Catalytic Generators, LLC, Ethy-Gen® II is the efficient and clean way to convert to ethylene. You may have heard it called “ripening fluid,” because that’s exactly what it does. Simply pour it in or connect it to one of our generators, and watch the safest, most effective and consistent ethylene production begin.
