Panettone or panetone is a bun made with a brioche dough, raisins and candied fruit (orange, lemon and citron), Wikipedia explains. Dome shaped, is made from flour, yeast, eggs, butter and sugar. It is a traditional Christmas dessert in Milan (Italy), the Rio de la Plata (Argentina & Uruguay), increasingly in Spain, ... and by sure more. We got an original one from one of our customers.
