Installation of ATEX-certified high-speed doors

Recently, in the port of Castellón, ÁNGEL MIR has completed the installation of five ATEX-certified Instant Pass high-speed doors. These are large high-speed doors designed and prepared to close five industrial barns with explosive atmospheres. Optionally, this type of door can be fitted with a double stop opening selector, which allows the high-speed door to be opened completely or only halfway depending on whether the passage is for large vehicles or forklifts. In this way, it helps to prevent the entry of birds, which are very common in this type of warehouse. As specialists in the design and manufacture of high-speed doors, it has ATEX II G/D certification for high-speed doors for potentially explosive environments in accordance with directive 2014/34/EU, such as those dedicated to the handling of gases or the storage of combustible dust, for example, in granaries, silos, flour warehouses, wood, cement factories, etc. In fact, the design of this type of door is flexible enough for us to adapt them to any type of project, both those that require a fully ATEX door, and others that are not so demanding and only need some certified components.
