The Postharvest Directory is an annual publication that began in 1998 on paper and now, since 2012, in pdf for free download over the Internet. It brings together manufacturers and distributors of machinery, materials and associated technology that enable the marketing of vegetables, fruits and ornamentals of high quality. The language is mostly Spanish, with short translations to English language. Companies are grouped thematically in sectors that range from plant material until proper postharvest practices such as cold technology and gas control, waxes, fungicides, and other coatings, grading, packaging, marketing, logistics, instruments.
