The specialist in Industrial Food Cutting Machinery FAM and blades expert Stumabo International exhibited at the Interpom Primeurs trade fair 2014. At specific hours the visitors could attend demonstrations of the FAM Centris 315 and the FAM Dorphy cutting different species of produce. They demonstrated the outstanding cut quality, the very easy procedure to change the cutting tools, and how simple is to clean the machine. The FAM Centris 315 is designed for small to mid-sized companies looking for perfect cut quality and speed while minimizing costs and decreasing the amount of time to complete each job.
