Multipurpose solutions for the washing and brushing of tubers

Wyma offers tips to extend the life of Vege-Polisher™ brushes and features products such as the Wyma Flatbed Multi-Purpose System that eliminates the need to transfer product between processes, saving time and money. Flat Bed Systems are modular and have three standard width options. The individual modules have two length options and you can combine several modules to fit your site. This means that the product obtains the optimum contact time on the surface of the table. The drive system has a robust interlocking toothed belt drive transmission, which means it has fewer drive motors compared to other machines on the market. Wyma has recently developed an optional mobile device for product removal. This provides a simple and compact way to remove the product between batches or at the end of the day. Wyma had the opportunity to present its products at the Hort Connections 2017. Finally, Anthony and Peter Blundell, have shared their recipe of kumara puree (sweet potato).
