Natureseal? PS10 solution effective to extend the shelf life of peeled and cut parsnip pieces

This trial was used to verify the effectiveness of Natureseal™ PS10, by Agricoat, when used on parsnips. Different concentrations of PS10 were tested with prepared samples, and the samples evaluated over four days. The results suggest that treatment Natureseal™ PS10 solution at approximately 8 % w/w concentration (1st picture) is effective as way of extending the shelf life of peeled and cut parsnip pieces.
