New food cutting machinery unveiled at Fruit Logistica 2020

URSCHEL is designer and manufacturer of food cutting machinery as dicers, slicers, strip cutters, milling machines, granulators and many other size reductions machines. At Fruit Logistica 2020, the company will exhibit its portfolio of machines for processing various products as potatoes, vegetables, fruit and nuts. Moreover, Urschel will unveil a new prototype of the latest DiversaCut® and the TranSlicer 2520 Cutter. DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer with Conveyor Option: high capacity, precision slicing plus accelerated cleaning timesOn display at Fruit Logistica, a prototype of the latest DiversaCut®: the built-in VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) controlled discharge conveyor facilitates batch processing into totes, or onto platforms. The conveyor option eases routine servicing by maintaining the machine at floor level. Equipped with a compact cutting zone, the DiversaCut 2110A supplies slices, dices, shreds, or product granulations. This machine is in the final stage of testing, and will be available for purchase soon. TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter: high capacity, precision slicing plus accelerated cleaning timesAn addition to the TranSlicer line-up, the new machine is equipped with a 25" (63.5 cm) cutting wheel to provide high capacity, precision results, and is designed to greatly reduce cleaning times. Accessibility to every area of the machine expedites washdowns. All surfaces are manufactured to promote water drainage. Stand-offs located throughout minimize overlapping joints and improve inspection and cleaning times.
