New Winterwood machine for soft fruits now available

The first new generation of Winterwood machines, by AGROSTA, have been delivered, and clients are enthusiastic. The best machine for testing maturity in the sectors of blueberries, cherries, blackberries, strawberries, tomatoes, grapes and cranberries. Winterwood provides color, size and firmness, as well as statistics and data exportable to Excel. The turntables have:- 32 cups for blueberries- 20 Cups for cherries, cranberries, grapes and olives The machine comes with high precision Stepper motors, making 400 steps for 1mm movement (Precision 2.5 microns), 2 main boards (One coming from Italy for controlling motors, the other one made in the Usa for the measurements), a Spectrophotometer (Colorimeter) board with infrared filter made in the USA. Just place carefully your fruits on the turntable, place the turntable on the machine, and start a cycle from your computer.
