NIR spectrometer for fruits and vegatables, with reliable results on apple pulp, onion, peach, gape, tomato, melon and orange

AGROSTA will soon propose a very simple and accurate instrument for the incredible price 680 ? that will provide the values of reflectance at 610, 680, 730, 760, 810 and 860 nm (With 20nm of full-width half-max detection, which is a very good accuracy). The researchers in agro business will have the opportunity to have a small spectrometer for a very affordable price

AGROSTA  will soon propose a very simple and accurate instrument for the incredible price 680 € that will provide the values of reflectance at 610, 680, 730, 760, 810 and 860 nm (With 20nm of full-width half-max detection, which is a very good accuracy) The researchers in agro business will have the opportunity to have a small spectrometer for a very affordable price Scientific results- To 680nm corresponds the red edge of Chlorophyll, which is an essential factor for fruits maturity (Chlorophyll regression)- Dr Delwiche and Al have worked a lot on color and maturity of peaches, they have found a correlation between a factor corresponding to the reflectance at 670nm divided by the reflectance at 800nm and the peach maturity. On our machine, it corresponds to 680nm and 810nm (As the width of acceptance for each value is 20nm)- The team of Dr Kawano in Japan has found a correlation between onion maturity, and values in infrared around 860nm- As shown on the graph above, the values measured on apple flesh can be correlated to the maturity between 730 nm and 860 nm (With our machine : 730, 760, 810 and 860 nm)- The wavelength of 860 nm has been used with success on Melon flesh by Dr Dull- Dr Dull has obtained very good results on Oranges, using 730, 760 and 860 nm Price680 € - Soon available More information
