Kiwi Vision 3 is an innovative UNITEC technology that, according to the exhibitor, grades kiwis with unprecedented precision and reliability. A variety of parameters can be set, including inner quality, outer quality, softness and defects in terms of shape, weight, size or colour. The ability to classify these parameters independently and in different combinations enables Kiwi Vision 3 fresh produce centres to implement differentiation strategies. Kiwi Vision 3 technology is suitable for all types of kiwis with green or yellow pulp. The system is characterized by extremely gentle handling of the fruit while preserving its natural properties. The Kiwi Vision 3 system captures collected data for traceability and integrates it into the software of the fruit and vegetable centres using this technology.
