Price & delivery time increase notice

VDH PRODUCTS announces: Despite our expectations and efforts, we were also surprised by the very aggressive price development, partly due to a lack of material availability. Unfortunately, the market situation cannot be expected to ease any time soon, so we have no choice but to react. This is what awaits us as a manufacturer and you as a customer in the coming weeks: - Further increase in prices for electronic components which will have a major impact on the material costs of our products.- Increase in raw material prices for metals & plastics, which will have an impact on the material costs of our products.- Increasing delivery times for electronic components, which will have an impact on the delivery times of our products.- Increasing delivery times for metals & plastics, which will have an impact on the delivery times of our products.- Further increase in packaging and freight costs. The above circumstances force us to adjust our prices accordingly. That is why we are increasing the prices for the following product groups for new orders as of uly 1, 2021. - Sensor technology: ±4.8%- MC2 Controls: ±10.08%- MC3 Controls: ±9.08%- Transport costs      - Parcel shipments abroad in consultation.      - Pallet shipments abroad in consultation. As a result of the above, the VDH Product Catalog 'March 2021' will be canceled and will be replaced by VDH Product Catalog 'July 2021' from 1 July 2021. Before the 1st of July, you will receive an email from us containing the link to the VDH Product Catalog 'July 2021'. In the case of custom-made products, we will contact you shortly. We would like to emphasize that this price increase does not fully cover our actual cost increases. However, we feel it is our duty to play a part in this. Of course, the VDH team is available to share information and will assist you with further handling.
