The Agrosta®Texture Analyzer works connected to a PC, linked to a powerful software that determines most materials characteristics. AGROSTA designed this machine in order to provide a very simple and efficient tool for an affordable price. From research point of vue (deep analysis of few samples), the software, collects the pressure 25 times per second, records it in a chart (can be exported to Excel, Word, Xml), and displays a curve. From production / quality control point of vue, with the same software, you can decide to collect only the maximum pressure of each sample, classify the data by batch, and calculate statistics for each batch.
