TOMRA Sorting has appointed Thomas Molnar to the new position of Global Sales and Marketing Communications Director for its food sorting business. In his new role, Mr Molnar will oversee all marketing communications and sales activity conducted worldwide by TOMRA Sorting Food. He will be based at TOMRA Sorting Foods headquarters in Leuven, Belgium, but will spend much of his time in the field, travelling to key regions to meet customers and discuss the challenges they face. Mr Molnar, who is fluent in five languages, has a strong background in B-2-B international business development having lived and worked in 12 countries across three continents in a variety of service sectors including tobacco, logistics, and information technology. His new role will be focused on supporting TOMRA Sorting Foods growth strategy and ensuring the sales and marketing communication function within the company is agile and robust to meet the future needs of customers.
