Analysis of the technologiesCherry Vision 3.0Firstly, Fruit Logistica 2020 will be the opportunity to summarize the second year of life of Cherry Vision 3.0 technology for the quality selection of cherries. "This year we have received many compliments from all our customers for the work we are doing with regards to color, size and the absence of defects. The change is remarkable! This allows us to ship to Asia and Europe without any problem! I think that without Cherry Vision 3.0, we could not have achieved this result. And the orders are increasing considerably!" Among many statements released by Customers with UNITEC Cherry Vision 3.0 technology, these are the words of Carlos Llambrich, Llamfruit Cherry General Manager, a packing house located in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. Moving from Spain to France, satisfaction does not change. These are the enthusiastic words of Thomas Coignat, Owner of Cerifrais, a French shipping and packing house specialized in cherries, at the end of its first cherry campaign with Cherry Vision 3.0 technology: "Cherry Vision 3.0 works perfectly: this technology allowed us to be much more efficient, precise and meticulous in the quality selection of cherries. Our growers are more than satisfied of our job and, of course, so our customers too. This serves as a genuine quality recognition from our partners!" As we leave Europe to move overseas, the words of our Customers continue to confirm the Results. Stuart Walton, owner of the Australian packing house BackCreek Orchard, in 2019 chose to invest in UNITEC Cherry Vision 3.0 technology for the quality selection of his cherries, underlined how this system allowed meeting the very high quality standards of Asian consumers. "In the export market - declared Stuart Walton the quality level required is higher than the domestic one. From Hong Kong, Singapore and in general from Asia they ask us: Do you have optical technologies?. Therefore, having an optical technology is an advantage and having Unitec technology is even more an advantage, because it is world renowned! Our exports will definitely grow". Plum Vision 3 and UNIQ Plum2019 was a big year also for UNITEC Plum Vision 3 and UNIQ Plum technologies. "We are very happy with the Results we are getting. Thanks to UNITEC's UNIQ Plum system, which allows us to detect the sugar content, we were able to select a much larger number of fruits than before for each sample batch. We are becoming stronger in selecting batches, thus obtaining a better segmentation of all our fruit". These are the words of Atanasio Naranjo Jr, Chief Operating Officer of Tany Nature, who was very enthusiastic about his choice.
