UNITEC innovation at Macfrut 2014

UNITEC S.p.A., company committed to innovation in fruit and vegetable processing with a range of technology dedicated to over 35 different fruit and vegetable varieties, was a major player in this year's edition of Macfrut, the  international event for the fruit and vegetable sector held in Cesena, Italy, from 24th to 26th September.At the exhibition, UNITEC presented a wide range of innovations aimed at improving the entire fresh fruit and vegetable processing chain, from incoming product dumping to packaging, through to the strategic phase of non-destructive selection of internal and external quality of fruit.Thanks to Unitec technology, and especially to the Ultravision systems, it is possible to select a number of different quality parameters for each fruit, such as size, colour, Brix degrees, external peel defects, softness selection, and internal defects.
