These flexible technologies adapt to the many varieties present on the market today. They offer excellent processing (dumping, treatment, sorting, selection of weight, colour, size, quality and hardness) that safeguards the quality characteristics of even the most delicate apricot varieties.CapacityWe design and produce sorters with the capacity to grade up to 15 fruits per second. Our sorting systems offer high-precision grading, with the possibility of using either optical or weight-based systems (ideal above all for small-scale operations).Quality selectionOur company has developed APRICOT_VISION©, the innovative technology for selection of internal and external quality in apricots. In relation to external quality we can guarantee perfect selection in terms of safeguarding the product while at the same time offering considerable cost savings thanks to automatic defect detection.Our colour selection technologies (colour being one of the most important characteristics in some apricot varieties) enable fruit which is not yet of a suitable colour/ripeness to be removed for further ripening. This way, clients can present the market with premium quality, uniform packs.As regards internal quality, with the UNI_SLM APRICOT VISION© system, fruit is selected based on the level of softness and degrees brix, thus enabling clients to guarantee the market high quality, delicious, sweet fruit.
