UNITEC Technology at the International Cherry Symposium 2013

UNITEC, the international group specialized in the design and construction of systems and machinery for processing, sorting and selecting over 35 kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables, will be one of the main sponsors of the forthcoming International Cherry Symposium, which takes place in Plasencia (Spain) from 23rd to 27th June. This is an important event for UNITEC, whose research and development activities in recent years have been producing increasingly innovative technological solutions which significantly improve processing and internal and external quality selection in cherries. UNITEC will play an active role at the International Cherry Symposium with a speech scheduled for the 26th June to be given by Sales Director Raffaele Benedetti. UNITEC will take this opportunity to present its latest technological solutions for cherry processing, including CHERRY_VISION©, the system entirely designed and developed by UNITEC for the non-destructive selection of internal and external quality in this fruit; a system which improves processing efficiency, delivering the highest standards of reliability and profitability. UNITEC's steadfast commitment to research and development in the field of cherry processing is reflected in the company's latest great result: it recently installed the world's largest cherry sorting system at MORADA PRODUCE Co.
