Universal cutting heads, industry standard by FAM

FAM, "cutting edge solutions for food", was participating, as usual, in Fruit Logistica, welcoming the visitors at the entrance of the Pabillion 3.1.  Beside machines such as FAM Centris® 400, high capacity centrifugal slicer and shredder, and FAM Mantis.2®, the slice cross cutter, with V-belt, for precise cutting of elongate and oblong products, a showcase in the stand exhibited the cutting heads. The new line of universal cutting heads are suited for FAM centrifugal string / shredding machines, and also for other centrifugal slicers that wish to take profit from the precise work and long lasting cutting capacity of FAM blades. Easy to change and cleaning, the universal cutting heads become a standard for industries such as the ready to use potato products, managing large volumes at a high speed. Also new for FAM during this Fruit Logistica is the enrichment of the team with Miek Hubert,  marketing specialist working since January 2018 beside Mark De Peuter, Marketing Manager by FAM.
