VDH Products preventive measures against COVID-19

VDH PRODUCTS BV makes every effort to continue the production and to continue to guarantee our service & support, in order to ensure that the activities for your organization can be continued. As a result of the precautionary measures taken by the authorities, VDH Products is obliged to limit the activities in the various departments. This can lead to possible delays in your orders and / or service & support. However, we make every effort to minimize any inconvenience. Measures takenSeveral VDH Products employees currently work from home. We are able to log in to our servers through our secure IT system. Quotations and orders will therefore continue as normal.   Visiting the factory of VDH Products is not possible until further notice. Our account managers currently work from home and do not visit customers. Customer contact will be made by telephone and email. On-site service and commissioning is cancelled or postponed. Visiting or on-site support is only done when strictly necessary, but will at all times be assessed by the Service & Support department as to whether this is possible. We follow the developments and advice from RIVM(*) and the government and will adjust our guidelines if necessary. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.   (*) RIVM, National Institute for Public Health and the Environment
