Firmtech Eleven plus Fruitsoft, the ideal solution to analyze firmness and size

Firmtech Eleven plus Fruitsoft, by UP GmbH, is an ideal soluton for Fruit labs to analyze firmness and size of all softfruits like cherries, blueberries, strawberries, plums, grapes, or similar objects.

Firmtech Eleven and Fruitsoft is used in fruit labs of 

• Storing Companies, Packing house and Growers Associations
• Fruit Science Institutes
• Breeding programs

FirmtechControl is used to configure your test procedure depending of your point of interest, e.g. define maximum load on the fruit, maximum deflection, speed, etc.

A standard firmness test procedure is just squeezing the fruits gently as you do with your fingers, when you check a fruit. This test is non destructively.

Aternatively other test procedured are available:

• Puncture test to check skin firmness and elasticity
• Penetrometer test
• Relaxation test

Firmtech Eleven comes with a turnplate for automatic run of several fruits to speed up measuring process. Exchange of turnplates to fit for other fruitsizes is easy done without any extra tool necessary.

Fruitsoft LIMS Software combines measurement with users Metadata like variety, supplier, treatment, cooling room.

Data aquisition as well as powerful dataexport to excel is fully customized in templates. Fruitsoft can handle different templates to adopt to users workflow for different purposes.
