In order to meet higher demands of professional fresh produce packers, Manter now expand their weighing series with the introduction of the M14i D model, featuring 14 buckets with dosing buckets above respectively. This new model gives customers a wider and more flexible range when it comes to weighing capacity; the M14i D achieves a speed of up to 70 bags per minute. By implementing a centre discharge system, this new model keeps up with two packaging machines, and other discharge systems become available too. This new model maintains a strong focus on high accuracy while offering enhanced capabilities for handling larger products.
Also central to this innovation is its emphasis on high cleanability. The all-stainless steel design, combined with easily removable buckets, ensures effortless cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the discharge cap has been designed for quick removal, further simplifying the cleaning process.
The machine is suitable for processing a variety of products, including citrus fruits, table potatoes and onions. Its design ensures a product friendliness and high capacity at the same time, making it an ideal choice for industries focused on agricultural and food processing applications.
In Spring of 2022, Manter introduced the M10i D and M10i Ds models to its customers. Both models feature 10 weighing buckets with dosing buckets above, differing in the width of their vibrating lanes and buckets. The M10i Ds is designed for highly accurate dosing of smaller products and volumes, while the M10i D, with its wider lanes and buckets, is ideal for larger products and weights. The M14i D is the next model in this range, to provide a higher weighing capacity to a packaging company.
