DVA-H crate tipper

DVA-H is a destabilizer, tipper, crate stacker, by MATYC, that adapts in height to any type of palot, confers an extremely delicate treatment to the produce and reaches high productions. The unstacking and stacking system is adaptable to all crates that have entry on all four sides. In case of blind crate on two sides, Matyc also has appropriate solutions. The tipper automatically adapts to the height of the crate, without having to communicate it, neither for emptying nor for turning. The turn of the full crate is made smoothly until it reaches approximately 175º, to gently evacuate the product. After this maneuver, the fruit is evacuated from a horizontal conveyor belt, while the empty pallet is evacuated to a roller conveyor that will move it to one side, where it will later be turned to leave it in the stacked position. After this maneuver, it will proceed to the stacking of the empty crate and their subsequent evacuation.
