AGROSTA - Agro-Technologie exhibited at Fruit Logistica 2015 showing the instruments evaluating different aspects of quality of fruits and vegetables, at field and laboratory. The AGROSTA®100Field is a very simple and efficient device to measure the firmness, designed with a strong housing in composite material and stainless steel. The AGROSTA®100Usb is equipped with the same sensor, but is powered by a Usb connector – So it has to be connected to a computer in order to work. AGROSTA®14 Motorized is a penetrometer adapted for firmness measurement of apple, pear, peach, mango, papaya, melon, potato, cucumber, ... AGROSTA®14 Usb is equipped with the same sensor, but is powered by a Usb connector. DUROCOLOR® is a colorimeter combined with an Agrosta®100 sensor, and a Touchscreen tablet. It measures the firmness, hardness or softness of fruits, vegetables, foodstuffs and soft materials, using a firmness scale to reproduce the sensations felt when touching fruit or other materials. APO_WI® Laboratory scale, to be connected to a computer, measures batches from blueberries to grapefruits… via of a punnet of raspberries. AGROCOLOR & WEIGHT® is a complete touchscreen colorimeter combined with an automatic weight recorder.
