AGROSTA®CrispLabMotorized, by Agrosta, is the most advanced instrument on the market to measure the crispness, size and color of apples, pears, apricots, papaya, advocado, papaya, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, onions, radish, mushrooms, orange, lemon, pomelo. AGROSTA® CrispLab is a complete high tech system to evaluate maturity and physical characteristics of crisp fruits and vegetables. Equiped with 2 microprocessors, a colorimeter and a stepper motor, it works connected to a PC thanks to a powerful software compatible with Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10. It measures the firmness by penetrometry in Grams, Lb or Newtons; the size in motor steps (to be converted to mm or inches) and the color in RGB (Red, Green and Blue on a scale of 250 units).A spring pushes on the fruit / vegetable in order to remove the tip when sensor is going up, so you don’t need to keep the sample in hand. The software provides statistics, and you can export data to Excel.It is provided with 2 standard tips: 8 and 11, or any tip corresponding to your specific requirements (8 and 11 for apples, pears; 5 For carrots, potatoes, etc.). Specific tips have been designed for Citrus (Orange, Lemon, Pomelo, ...). Different plates are proposed according to specific requests as well:- Plate for Apple, pear, apricot - Plate for carrot and radish- Plate for mushrooms.
