The Event In the light of these numbers, Puglia rightly hosts the "XI International Symposium on Artichoke, Cardoon, and their wild relatives", organized by Giancarlo Colelli and Antonio Elia of the University of Foggia, in collaboration with the International Society of Horticultural Science (ISHS), the largest scientific society dealing with fruit and vegetables. The event will take place at the "Finocchiaro" Auditorium in Molfetta, Italy, from 18 to 21 April, with the patronage of the Italian Society of Horticulture Science, the City of Molfetta, and the Department of Agri-Food Resources of the Puglia Region.
