Bizerba acquires Italian service specialist Electronic Service Italia S.r.l.

ESI was founded in 1999 and when it comes to service has been established as a leader in the field of weighing systems, labellers and printers, barcode readers, vision systems for industry and RFID technology. Like BIZERBA ESI stands for high quality with the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification (since 2004), continuous improvement for the increasingly sophisticated needs of the market and for a perfect post-sales assistance to guarantee efficient installation, timely diagnostics and cost transparency. In addition, as a subsidiary of Bizerba, the company name of ESI will remain Electronic Service Italia S.r.l. and Managing Director Paolo Padovani will continue to manage the business in close coordination with Mauro Tremolada, Managing Director, Bizerba Italy. Starting August 1st 2019, ESI will be part of the Bizerba group, managed and integrated into the group by the long-time existing subsidiary Bizerba Italy. “With the acquisition of ESI, we are able to strengthen our service organisation in Italy by adding broader knowledge to our service organisation.
