ECOscrub, equipment for CA chambers, a year of success

ABSOGER, the company specialized in AC and other long conservation systems for produce, showed at Fruit Logistica 2014 the ECOscrub. The equipment involves the latest technology to treat air from cold stores. Presented during Fruit Logistica 2013, this period has consolidated the equipment in the industry. ECOscrub is designed to ensure optimal preservation of apples in controlled atmosphere and is designed to run on EXTREME ULO, ultra low oxygen. Air treatment is done in two stages. The first, based on adsorption, eliminates C2H4 (ethylene) and CO2 (carbon dioxide).
