Fungi affecting papaya during postharvest

Present paper deals with the study of fungal population concerning with different injuries like natural, transport, mechanical and store houses injuries of post-harvest papaya fruits. Aspergillus niger was occurred in natural, transport, mechanical and store houses injuries. Aspergillus flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger, Botryodiplodia theobromae, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Penicillium sp., and Rhizopus sp. were found in store houses injuries.
