CIBUS TEC is among the most innovative food technology exhibitions and a complete showcase of the best solutions – from ingredients to processing technologies, from packaging to logistics – for all segments of the food and beverage industry. It was the setting to introduce visitors to our superior centrifugal shredder FAM Centris™ 400C which is powered with a revolutionary designed cutting head: the SureShred 16C. This high quality & high capacity cutting head offers an extremely hygienic design. Also the FAM Tridis 180, specifically designed to help processors of fresh vegetables and IQF vegetables and fruits reach perfect cut quality at medium-high volumes was put in the spotlights.
