Instruments to control citrus fruits quality

One of the best gifts we get during our winter holiday season is the wonderful sight, smell, and taste of citrus fruit. It is always an exciting time when the vibrant satsumas, blood oranges, mandarins, kumquats, grapefruit, and naval oranges start to show up at our produce markets each October.  Our instruments play an important role in the citrus industry at every stage of the supply chain.  Citrus growers use the F-750 Produce Quality Meter to non-destructively measure total soluble solids (TSS or brix) and acid in fruit.
