The Scientific Program of the?V International Postharvest Unlimited Symposium is now available. The conference will provide the opportunity for scientists, professionals and students to present their latest findings and discuss their current work related with basic and applied aspects in postharvest issues. The program is comprised of 16 keynote talks, 68 oral presentations and 140 poster presentations. The conference is expected to be well-attended by more than 300 delegates from all over the world.
