The innovative SFE – E's circulation deep fryers are especially energy-efficient. They are ideal for large kitchens, butchers, delicatessens and cafeterias. Continuous rolling in the frying oil reduces the thermal load. The machines save about 35 per cent more frying oil compared to conventional models. The cooking and circulation time can be gradually set depending on the product requirements. Along with energy efficiency, the deep fryers' user-friendliness and cleaning were at the forefront during their development. The Large Label V6 uses hit-on-sight technology that allows it to label larger fruits at a speed of up to 400 units per minute. The underlying technology is CCC (cellulose coated cardboard), which combines two renewable resources: corrugated cardboard sheets and cellulose film. SoFruMiniPak® EcoView seals quickly and easily, and does not require any costly machinery.
